Croutons

Croutons are crusty bread cubes served along with soups. They go really well with Tomato Soup. They taste best when made from day old French Bread, but can be made from any type of bread. If you have stale bread, then this is the recipe for you. This has a shelf life of couple of weeks when stored in an air tight container. But I am sure that this won't be lying around so long, as they are just as delicious when taken as it is. Great munch on snacks for toddlers!
Ingredients:
French Loaf - 1, cut into small cubes
Olive Oil - to drizzle
Salt - as needed
Pepper - as needed

Optional Seasoning:
Dried Italian Seasoning
Chilli Flakes
Garlic Powder
Dried Cheese

How to make?
Preheat oven to 350.
In a mixing bowl, take the bread cubes. Drizzle oil, add salt and pepper. Add any seasoning of your choice.
Toss and mix well.
Spread on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, till brown and crispy.
Cool and store.
