Vegan Chocolate Cake

This is one of the best ever Chocolate cake recipes that I have tried baking with the most minimal ingredients. For all the Vegan Cake Lovers - this is for you!
Lets get on to the recipe!



Makes 1 8X8 pan
Ingredients Required:
Whole Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
Chocolate Chips - 3 tblsp ( See Notes)
Instant Coffee Powder- 1 tblsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil - 1/3 cup
Warm Water - 1 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

How to bake?
Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a pan or line with parchment/aluminium foil.
In a large mixing bowl, add in all the dry ingredients and mix.
Add the oil, water, vinegar, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well till incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter in the pan.
Bake approximately 30 minutes till done. (tooth pick inserted should come out clean)
Serve as it is or with a side of Ice Cream/ Whipped Cream. Or dust with powdered sugar or cocoa.

Notes:
Chocolate chips usually have Milk. If trying as Vegan, make sure you use vegan chocolate chips, or you can you can substitute the chocolate chips with cocoa powder.
