Whats a better breakfast then a plate of steaming hot soft idly with a cup of sambhar or chutney ? Wow! Delicious, no words to describe this simple yet delicious south indian dish. I usually grind the batter in large quantities once or twice a week for making idly and dosa.

Ingredients Required:
Idly Batter (How to make Idly batter? )

How to make?
Pour a ladle of the idly batter in the idly molds and steam cook for 20 minutes.
Gently remove from the idly molds with the help of a spoon.
Serve hot with chutney or Sambhar!
