Channa Sundal/Garbanzo Sundal


Ingredients Required:
Channa - 1 Cup
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dhal - 1 tsp
Hing - pinch
Curry Leaves - few
Grated Coconut - 3 tblspn
Salt to taste
Oil


How to make?
Soak the channa in water for 10 - 12 hours.
Pressure cook the sundal for upto 2 whistles, make sure not to over cook them else they
would become mushy.
Take a pan, heat a tsp of oil, add the mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Add the urad dhal, curry leaves and hing.
Add the cooked sundal and give a good toss.
Add the grated coconut and mix well.
