Oats Muffin

I wanted to make some nice healthy muffins for tea time snack and here is what I ended up with... Healthy and Eggless!

Makes 8 - 10 Muffins
Ingredients Required:
Quick rolled oats - 1/2 cup
All Purpose Flour - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup + 1 tblsp
Honey - 1 tblsp
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Raisins - handful
Almonds - 10, broken
Curd - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tblsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1 tsp

How to make?
Mix the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking powder, raisins, almonds.
In another bowl, mix the sugar, oil, honey, curd and milk.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and give a nice whisk.
Oil the muffin pan, and fill half full.
Preheat the oven to 325 F and bake for 30 minutes till golden brown.
Insert a fork and when in comes out clean then your muffins are ready!
Cool for 10 minutes and serve.
