Aval Dosa/Poha Dosa/Set Dosa

Makes - 8 - 10 Dosa
Ingredients Required:
Raw Rice - 1 cup
Aval/ Poha - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt as required

How to make?
Soak the raw rice in water for 6 hours.
Soak the aval for 4 hours in curd.
Grind the the rice and aval together with salt as required.
Add little water when required.
Grind to a dosa batter consistency.
Allow to ferment for 8 hours or overnight.
Heat a tawa and when hot, pour a ladle of the batter in the middle of the tawa.
Spread very lightly as the dosa's should be thick.
Drizzle little oil around the batter and close the tawa with a lid.
Cook on medium flame for a minute. When the dosa is cooked serve hot with chutney!
Just cook on one side, do not flip the dosa, since we are closing with a lid both the sides would be cooked.
