Stuffed Spring Onion Paratha

Makes 6 - 7 Parathas.
Ingredients Required:
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Salt - pinch
Water
Oil - 1 tsp

For the filling:
Spring Onion - 4-6 stalks, finely chopped
Salt - pinch
Chat/Paratha Masala - 1/2 tsp
How to make?
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and salt and mix well. Slowly add the water and knead the dough into a soft pliable dough. Coat with a tsp of oil, cover the dough and set aside.
In another bowl, add the chopped spring onions, salt, masala powder and give a nice mix and set aside.
Roll out the parathas as we do for the Aloo Paratha or the Paneer Spring Onion Paratha (click on the links for step by step pictures).
Heat a tawa on low heat. Place the paratha on the tawa and brush a tsp of oil on both sides.
Cook till light brown spots appear on both sides.
Serve hot with raita or curd.
