Mango Rice

Serves 2 - 4
Ingredients Required:
Rice - 2 cups
Grated raw mango - 1 cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Channa Dhal - 2 tsp
Urad Dhal - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro - few springs
Green Chilli -1
Red Chilli - 2
Oil

How to make?
Pressure cook the rice with 2 cups of water. Add salt and a tsp of oil while cooking so the rice does not stick to each other. Once cooked, set aside and cool.
In a pan, heat oil, add the cumin seeds, channa dhal, red chilli and urad dhal. Fry till golden in color.
Add the turmeric powder and the slit green chilli.
Add the grated mango, salt and give a good mix.
Close the pan and allow to cook for 5 - 7 minutes on low heat.
Cool this mixture and gently mix the rice along with the mango mixture.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with curd.
