Vazhakai - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
How to make?
Dice the vazhakai into very small cubes and set aside.
In a small cup, add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and coriander powder with 2 tsp of water and mix into a paste.
Mix this paste with the diced vazhakai and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat little oil in a flat pan, when the oil is hot place the marinated vazhakai on the pan, such that each piece is touching the bottom of the pan.
Heat on medium and toss the vazhakai now and then so all the sides get toasted.
When it turns golden brown in color, remove from pan and serve.
It would be very crispy like chips!
