Salt Pepper Crackers
Makes 2 dozens
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tblsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Butter - 2 tblsp
Milk - 2/3 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
How to make?
Sieve all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Add the butter and milk and knead into a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll them into balls.
Roll them out like rotis using a rolling pin and cut them into any shapes (Square/rectangle/diamond) as desired.
Place them on ungreased cookie tray.
Preheat the oven to 400 F and bake for 8 minutes.
Remove them when light brown in color and cool them for 10 minutes.
Store them in air tight container.
