Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
Water - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Dry methi leaves - 1 tblsp
How to make?
Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Slowly add water and knead into a soft pliable dough.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
Divide into 6 - 8 balls and roll out into rotis using a rolling pin.
Cook them on a pan on medium heat.
If required brush a drop of oil on each side, which allows the rotis to stay soft.
Serve hot with gravy of your choice.
