Rice Flour- 1 Cup
Jaggery - 1 Cup
Water - 1 Cup
Cardamom - pinch
Ghee - 1 tblsp
Shredded coconut - 1 tblsp
How to make?
Dry roast the rice flour in a pan, to light golden brown color.
Dissolve the jaggery in warm water, and strain it and set aside.
Add the cardamom, coconut and ghee to the rice flour and sieve well.
Slowly add the jaggery water to the rice flour mixture and knead to a dough consistency.
Make small balls, pat them between greased palms, and put small holes in the center.
Steam cook them for 10 minutes using idly plates.
