How to make Sprouts

Sprouting is the practice of soaking, draining and then rinsing seeds at regular intervals until they germinate, or sprout. One of the most common sprouts is that of the moong dhal.

How to make?
Take 1 cup of whole moong dhal and wash it thoroughly.
Soak it in water overnight. The next day drain the water and store the moong dhal in an air tight container.
After 24 hours the dhal would have sprouted.
