Gobi (Cauliflower) Paratha



Makes - 6
Ingredients Required:
Grated Cauliflower - 1 Cup
Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Paratha Masala/Garam Masala - 2 tsp
Corainder Powder - 1 tsp
Salt as required
Cilantro - Chopped



How to make?
For grating the cauliflower, cut into small pieces and grind for 10 seconds in a blender. The cauliflower would have chopped into small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all the above ingredients together. Add water slowly and knead into a soft pliable dough.
Leave the dough aside for few minutes.
Make 6 balls and roll them into circles using a rolling pin.
Roll out the dough very gently as the dough would be soft.
Make the circles little thicker then the normal chapathi.
Heat the tawa, and place the paratha on the tawa.
Apply oil on both sides and cook till light brown spots appear on the surface.
Cut into 4 pieces and serve with raita or curd.
