Sprouts Masala

Serves 2
Ingredients Required:
Sprouts - 1 1/2 Cups (How to make?)
Onion - 1, chopped lengthwise
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2
Salt as required
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry mango Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Cilantro - few springs

How to make?
Steam cook the sprouts for 10 minutes, so the raw smell would no longer be there.
Heat little oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, onion, green chilli and ginger paste.
Fry till the onions turn translucent and the raw smell is gone.
Add the sprouts, along with dry mango powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala.
Sprinkle few drops of water and close the pan. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with roti.
