Parupu Keerai

Serves 2
Ingredients Required:
Spinach - 2 cups, chopped
Moong Dhal - 1/4 cup
Salt as required
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - 2

How to make?
Heat 1/2 cup of water in a pan and add the chopped spinach and salt as required. Let it cook.
Pressure cook the dhal with 1 and 1/2 cup of water.
Add this dhal to the cooked spinach.
In a small pan heat little oil, add the mustard seeds to splutter and add cumin seeds and red chilli. 
Fry for few minutes and add this to the spinach and mix well.
Serve hot with rice or chappathi.
