Buttermilk has such a cooling effect and is heavenly when taken chilled in the hot summer. And if you blend in a bit more masala into it... what more to ask for!
Curd - 1 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Green Chilli - 2
Ginger powder/paste/grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
Hing - pinch
Cilantro - few springs
How to make?
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend for few seconds. Whip for few seconds.
