Milk - 1/2 Gallon (or as much curd as required)
Curd - 1/8 cup
How to make Curd?
Boil the milk till the cream of the milk is formed.
Cool the milk till its warm.
Add the curd and stir well.
Close the vessel and store in a warm place overnight.
When the curd is ready refrigerate for couple of hours.
If the temperature is very cold, wrap the vessel with some cotton or woolen cloth and place it in the oven without switching it on.
