Beans - Cabbage - Carrot Curry
Shredded Cabbage - 1 1/2 Cup
Beans - 1/2 cup, chopped
Carrot - 1/2 cup, chopped
Peas - 1/4 cup
Urad Dhal - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Salt to taste
How to make?
Heat little oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
Add the urad dhal and fry till golden in color.
Add all the vegetables and sprinkle salt as required.
Mix the vegetables, cook on low heat and close the pan.
Mix the vegetables now and then so it does not get burnt.
Cook for 20 minutes, or till all the vegetables are fully cooked.
Serve with rice.
