Banana Raisin Bread
All Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 Cup
Wheat Flor - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 1 Cup
Banana - 2, mashed
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Oil - 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
Raisin/Sultana Raisins - 1/2 Cup
How to Make?
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Blend together the banana and milk and add to the mixing bowl along with oil.
Mix till batter is mixed well.
Add the Raisins and Vanilla essence to the batter.
This batter can be baked into a bread loaf using a bread pan, or a cake using a cake pan or cup cakes.
I made this into cup cakes.
Grease the bottom and sides of the pan which you are using and pour the batter.
Preheat the oven to 350 and place the pan inside.
For cupcakes it takes 20 minutes and for cakes and bread it would take a longer time.
Insert a fork in the cake and if it comes out clean then the banana raisin bread is ready.
Cool the cake in a cooling tray for 10 minutes and serve.
