Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
Spinach - 1 Cup, finely chopped
Paratha Masala/Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder - 1 tsp
Salt as required
Oil for cooking
How to make?
In a vessel, add the spinach along with water and boil for 5 minutes, until the spinach softens.Drain out the water and set aside.
Mix the wheat flour and all the other dry ingredients and add the spinach.
Mix well into a stiff dough and add little water if required.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Roll into circles using a rolling pin, a little thicker than a chappathi.
Heat the tawa, and place the paratha on the tawa. Brush oil on both the sides and cook till light brown spots appear on both the sides.
Serve as a single piece or cut into 4 pieces.
Serve with curd.
