Curd Vadai

Ingredients Required:
Whole Urad Dhal - 1 Cup
Green Chillies - 4
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Salt as required

Curd - 2 Cups
Corainader leaves - 1/4 Cup
Fresh coconut - 2 tbl.sp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2
Salt as required

How to make?
Grind the corainder leaves, coconut and green chillies to a paste.
Mix this paste with the curd along with salt.
Make the vadai as given in this recipe.
Take warm water in a vessel.
Drop the hot vadai s in the water, so it become soft.
After few minutes take the vadai from the water and place it in the curd.
Make sure that the vadai is covered with curd on all sides.
Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds.
Garnish with mustard seeds and corainder leaves.
Refrigerate it for few hours and serve cold or in room temperature.
